Look for a white 4-story building with sign AFHC Ambulatory Surgery Center. The entrance is through the left door. The office is on the 3rd floor.

Take exit 9A toward Sheepshead Bay / Knapp street. Make a right turn onto Coyle street. Make a right turn onto Emmons Avenue. Make aright turn onto Nostrand Avenue. In 5 blocks look for a white 4-story building on your left with sign AFHC Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Driving from Coney Island Avenue:

Turn right at Avenue U, turn right at Nostrand Avenue.

Our office is openned Mondays through Saturdays:

Monday:       9am-5pm 

Tuesday:      7 am - 1 pm endoscopy

                   1 pm - 8 pm office hours

Wednesday: 9 am - 5 pm 

Thursday:    10 am -7 pm office hours

Friday:         7 am - 3 pm endoscopy

Saturday:     7 am - 3 pm endoscopy
